At Indulgence Candles by kelly, we offer free shipping on orders over $50. All our candles are hand-poured and packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Our shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. We ship via USPS and UPS and provide tracking information for all orders. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Indulgence Candles by kelly. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unopened products only. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the return shipping for you. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
